Pros

Co-workers are mostly nice, you always have music to listen too, and customers are nice

Cons

They expect you to memorize all the sandwiches by name and number and ingredients. You aren't allowed to have a "cheat sheet" out above the sandwich table. Yet they still want you to be super fast and efficient. My first week there I had to memorize everything in a few days, I was having a hard time because they would bark out the orders either by the name or number and it was confusing remember what was what. I was beat down by certain workers for not memorizing it fast enough and eventually was "laid off" because they over hired. What I found funny was even after they said I wasn't a good fit due to not being able to memorize the sandwiches they called on "customer appreciation day" to ask if I would work since it would be busy. If i wasn't good enough to work on a regular basis, why would you call to have to me there on a crazy busy day?

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
