Pros
No background checks, no experience necessary, will train you if you're willing to deal with the MINIMUM type of wages. Plenty of random opportunities to pick up an extra shift or two, especially if you are flexible, since people no call no show frequently. Great experience if you plan on going to a larger corporation that pays more. Learn to do fry work, prep, wash dishes, and make burgers and tacos! People there are amazing, many different personalities and always up for making the day go by faster.
Cons
Never ending struggle to keep and maintain status quo. You get hired to work X amount of hours, they give you an extra 10, even if you tell them you can't. Give them an inch, they will take a mile. Revolving door of employees, always a new face almost every week or two. When it is slow, they will ask you to "clock out and take a break" until it is busy again. Breaks are random or after every 8 hours, they give you an hour (if you're doing double shifts) Sometimes might not get your direct deposit and have to ask about it.
