Pros

We get the holidays off

Cons

The Chief of Human Resources Officer Was the absolute worst. I can’t explain how many times I was harassed i such a short period of time. Everyone knew she has harassed and abused people, but they did absolutely nothing about it. She was also very racist toward Jewish people. I couldn’t understand how she worked there so long especially with all these complaints against her. There has been so many people that have reached out to the president of the school about her horrible behavior. She literally makes people cry And bothers them on their off days. She put her own stuff through so much. The pay is also very low and there’s not much room to move up in the company.

Pros

Working for JTS wasn’t necessarily a bad experience, supervisors were cool, and job wasn’t difficult at all. Only thing was lots of overtime or getting stuck at times due to being short of staff when I was there. Decent although lots of room for improvement.

Cons

Pay is average Getting stuck on unwanted OT. Out of touch upper-management.
