Pros
I worked with many different departments at the Denver JCC, and found that while the people were kind, team-oriented and well-meaning. Also, the facility itself was pleasant to work in. Being around a community was also great.
Cons
The institutional red tape and lack of leadership from above paralyzed employees below. Also, questionable allocation of staff provided little confidence in leadership. With that said, much of the leadership at the top has been replaced, which may have caused change more recently.
