Don't trust owners. They simply make false promises. They are good actors who act being good leader and as innocent but create fight among employees and terminate by giving fake complaints.
Cons
Owners don't want professional work environment. Relatives are very arrogant. Always insult professionals. If professionals take correct initiatives, relatives simply make fake complaints and Management terminate professionals within a minute. Relatives make fake complaints just for small selfish benefits.
