Best Internship I've ever had. I learned so much about the operations of a business from the CEO himself. I also learned a lot about entrepreneurship and how I have a potential to run my own business one day. Super ambitious, energetic, goal oriented group of people. Crew nights are awesome too!

There are a lot of late night activities and sometimes I'm tired the next day at work because I stayed out to late with everyone.

Pros: - The CEO built a very solid relationship with me and every single person that came into the company and always showed that he valued you as not just another employee but a business partner. - The Leaders that I networked with were absolutely the most motivated and driven people I have met in my career life. - The progression s un-real. Only company that allows you to control how quickly you can progress by having a well up-held no seniority rule. - They also never hire out, they only promote from within which gave me the chance to become whatever I wanted to be. - Lastly, They are always sending out fully PAID for business trips not only to in the USA but as well in London.

Cons: - The music is always loud there and it creates a place where we must be moving around and listening or we may miss out on valuable information. - Sometimes my car breaks down to work, and then I have no way to get to the free parking lot to park at the office.
