Fellow crew members really keep you going, supportive and friendly Pay is good Annual leave allowance great despite not being able to use it when you actually want it

Very very toxic environment management wise Crew rooms extremely negative place to be Very little support for any kind of issues you may have One rule for one, another rule for someone else Micromanaging No proper nutritional opportunities and far too much expected from us Expected to be robots rather than real humans!
