      Pros

      Easy to get hired and one step interview process. The people at the interview panel approved me in 20 mins and hired me without spending enough time.

      Cons

      No stability and bad management. A family culture with no professionalism. People drink every other day and use foul language. There is a lot of facouratism.

      Great crew at the time. Pay was decent in a struggling industry. Fun work atmosphere in Mod Yard.

      Cons

      Owners are quick to let people go. Micro-managing issues. Material ordering struggles. Very political office, there certainly are favourites.
