Honestly, this company has a niche market that is slowly disappearing. Their technology is a JOKE! They tried to put together half-baked and horrible solutions straight out of russia! Managers have no drive and will take credit for anything you do. While they should help grow you as an employee, they instead feel threatened by people who come up with good ideas and then take those ideas as their own.
