      Pros

      Amazing and friendly coworkers which makes for a fun and positive work environment. Jet gives us the means to take care of our members. We definitely have a voice here and each employee is valued. Great benefits, plenty of time off. Where Marc is taking this company is so exciting and I'm happy to be part of a startup that is surely going places.

      Cons

      Some people may have a hard time working for a startup. Policies can change, and right now there's not too much room to slip up with attendance. But to be honest, I like that. If you love your job and value it, I would think you would take attendance more seriously.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
