      Pros

      Great start up company with plenty of growth potential where everyone starts in the same position and grows from there, IF you fit their mold of "yes, sir" or "yes, ma'am" ways and go with the flow, regardless ...

      Cons

      Quick to let people go from employment because of a disagreement with a team lead or manager - at least in NJ. They are also quick to release from employment when bringing up ideas that management doesn't agree with. Management makes offers and promises they don't deliver on. Management needs to practice the core values of "Trust, Transparency and Fairness", not just say them.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
