Pros

- Hybrid working arrangement is available. - Work–life balance is encouraged; overtime is generally discouraged. - Staff benefits are relatively comprehensive. - Work desk space is sufficient and provides a reasonable level of privacy. - Organised meal gatherings on festive occasions.

Cons

- Employee turnover appears high. - Unprofessional workplace dynamics, including excessive drama and superficial behaviour co workers, negatively impact morale. - Local IT support lacks depth and responsiveness Outdated and slow devices continue to be issued, even to new hires. - Ineffective management, where recurring issues remain unresolved and are allowed to persist. - Self-centred management approach, lacking empathy, accountability, and employee support. - Employee insurance coverage was not renewed despite the employee still serving their notice period, and no prior communication or notification was provided. - Lack of career development pathway for employees, with management primarily assigning undesirable or low-value work to employees.

Pros

Pay is decent for the type of work Good exposure to aviation environment and experience around aircraft Can be a stepping stone if you’re trying to get into the industry Some coworkers are solid and make shifts more tolerable

Cons

Management is extremely slow to respond — emails can take days or even weeks to get a reply, if at all Unfair workload distribution — some employees carry significantly more responsibility while others do less Inconsistent enforcement of call-out policies — certain employees seem to get passes while others are held accountable Concerns about long-term exposure to jet fuel and chemicals with little transparency or proactive health monitoring Lack of communication and organization from leadership Not a sustainable long-term job for many employees Morale can be low due to the above issues
