New leadership seems to be very focused on fixing many of the issues from the past and has been openly communicating with us. Benefits are very good and a lot of the employees enjoy working here. Job security is not a concern as the company is winning new contracts.
Cons
The company has struggled over the past couple of years, but it seems like this is the year that they are turning it around. The old building can get hot in the summer, but the company is moving into one new location next year.
