      Pros

      You get lots of experience in many different types of work. The engineering and admin staff are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not supported and there aren't very many ways to move up within the company. Senior management is not very supportive and encourages you to work over 40 hours a week as a standard.
