Cons
There is no annual salary increase based on performance. Any cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) are given at the company's discretion, meaning they are not guaranteed. Moreover, favoritism and backstabbing are prevalent in the workplace. Management often engages in gossip and plays games, contributing to a toxic environment. I especially feel for the female employees who must navigate this old-school, male-dominated industry. Overall, I would not recommend working here, as senior management is the primary issue.
