Pros
The Ruston building allowed me to advance and learn all positions in the department. I appreciate that they always take back their college kids and give them decent hours when they are home on break. The managers in the building are very personable and notice hard work. But you have to work hard to get hours as a part-timer, oppose to being full time and being guaranteed the 40 hours.
Cons
The pay. It takes 5 years to get a $0.50 raise. Also they use and abuse you. Most people leave but there are a lot of full time employees hitting their 10 year. So I guess it is all a matter of perspective.
