      High pay and bonus, runs my own project/deal. Get to meet a lot of people from different companies in the industry. Great for networking.

      Cons

      No benefits since I am a consultant. Work/life balance is not that great.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
