Pros
This is a growing firm with many career opportunities. The work/life is challenging, but similar to other banks. In general, the quality of the people is excellent.
Cons
Since it's a new Company, many issues, like sharing information between groups has not been fully resolved. Also, the hours can be long for people not used to investment banking.
