Good compensation, fair managers and owner. A good set of clients and some very interesting work. Quality is really driven here and they pride themselves on putting out quality work. Very understanding of family needs and they've helped me over the years
Cons
Its a small company with limited clients. The work level is cyclical but they have been good at keeping people employed even when slow
