      Pros

      You get to work on a wide variety of projects and meet some interesting clients. Also the work is challenging and I like it that way because you get to learn a lot from working on different products.

      Cons

      There's always a lot of work but I don't think it is a con per say because it keeps employees busy.

      There's always something to do, it's adequately challenging, and it lets me pay the bills. Not much to complain about

      Cons

      Sometimes there's too much to do and not enough time to do it all, depending on the customer load.
