*FANTASTIC people. Some the coolest people I've ever worked with. Super supportive group and feels like everyone has each other's backs. * It's a very collaborative space with everyone's input heard. No one feels silo'd off and in their own world. * Very transparent. Never worked in a place that was so open to even the lowest roles just chatting with upper mgmt about concerns / ideas. * Pretty good work/life balance. Encouraged to take PTO and time to recharge, Which means not a lot of burn out and just better overall vibe in my opinion.

* It's an early startup. You know what you're signing up for. Be prepared for higher expectations, hustle, and the infrequent late call.
