It's one of those company that give you Timely salary Yearly bonus and incentive Weekends off Company invest heavily on training and development programmes Where one can directly reach out to the Mehra's (owners and directors) to discuss about anything pertaining towards the work and business. Absolutely loved it!

Management and work politics ( These people have been in the system for so long that it has literally made it impossible for anyone from the jr. role to grow on the basis of merits unless you are your boss fav.
