The Worst is HR Department, There is no one to raise voice against HR department, everybody is scared. The maximum attrition is in HR department. While increment they will not increase the Basic Salary cause the yearly bonus is calculated on basic salary why ? The Bonus from April to March are being paid during November why ? The Increment happens after 7 months why ? During COVID - the company started paying 40% to 50% salary , NO EMAIL OR OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION has been given to employees. Employees are asked to go to office with own, no trasport with no reimburement , despite there is salary crunch Is this ehical ? Do you think you would like to work in such company ?
