Pros
The company had gained a reputation widely accepted by Indian consumer making your work life balance good as you will mostly have some figures to show to the management. Job is secured. Culture varies to from one branch to other, but there are always few spectators whose favourite job is exploit the employee's expenses and cut the branch expenses no matter what impact it puts on company's image/ individual's image.
Cons
Company taking feedback only from SPOC heading the branch and empowering him with all rights of communication from branch to head office which empowers him to influence decisions in their way which could result in little to no employee's growth/ company's growth as well. No firm stand on policies as they keep changing within every 3-6 months. No SOP's to streamline few processes related to few departments.
