-practically NOONE has cosmetic experience, including their CEO - corporate culture is unprofessional (i.e. Running around like chickens with their heads cut off because their neurotic ceo does it and they think they need to as well, last minute fires to put out EVERY week due to incompetence and poor planning/vision/leadership) - Every single person there talks and gossips behind everyone else's back. People talked to much negative stuff about their VP, their old CFO, and even claim that their CEO has affairs with most of their vendors. - It's a clique-environment. You're either in the clique or you're not. And you will know it based on the junior high school level of maturity and professionalism that is displayed there. - They break just about every sexual harassment, racist and generally unethical ways to speak rules out there. - The only way to move up is if you're willing to suck up your pride and integrity and just lie through your teeth in agreement with all of the horrible decisions made by the company.
