Pros
It's easy to get in the door. Once you get in the door, everything changes.
Cons
I was at Janus for several years. There are not an equal employment opportunity. If your skin isn't light, you will NOT go any further than the warehouse or a clerk...no matter your experience and/or education. They will bring people in and within a couple of weeks/months, they will be promoted. They will promise the next promotion/position to someone with education but it never happens. Everybody is fake. They will smile in your face and run behind closed doors to constantly have your name in management's ear. They play favorites. They have fired men white workers and brought them back. They have fired many black workers and none of them have come back. They also had a couple of racial lawsuits filed against them. The workers are miserable, the pay is not compensatory of skills and education. They promote based on who they like, not who does the work.
