      The programs were interesting and challenging and the people were great.

      Cons

      The work started to get pulled over to J&J and away from Janssen AI, so big pharma bureaucracy came into play.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
