      Well funded, loads of smart people, great pay, great culture, great work/life balance

      Cons

      Shady hiring/promotion process, a J&J company that doesn't follow J&J policies, project failures and subsequent rounds of layoffs

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
