      discounted J&J products for staff

      No room for growth. No training. Low pay. Vipers' nest. A few psychopathic managers who were incompetent and sacked a whole team of people without any repercussions.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
