      Very good compensation; benefits (medical, vacation - ok, but could be improved)

      Cons

      Bullying, beating people down and toxic culture are alive and well here. HR and other employee 'advocates' do nothing to assist/alleviate the problem people.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
