      Great collaboration spirit between coworkers and department. Human Resources is proactive in preventing personnel issues. Culture centers around J&J Credo. Great training. Generous with milestone payments and bonuses. Great incentive programs to achieve goals.

      Compared to previous places I've worked, there are no cons.

      Pros

      They still offer a pension if you can stand it for five years

      Cons

      Pay is low. They changed directions frequently. Transferring within the company is almost impossible. Unless your division is laid off... then they will transfer you to avoid paying you severance.
