Bad training, if any at all, most of my former coworkers said that years ago it wasn't that way. Many of the managers are always on vacation aka work from home, and when things go wrong they blame it on lower level employees. Most problems are "fixed" by firing lab employees, instead of changing methods/it being a manager’s fault. Constantly pointing fingers to look good in front of the managers, who seem to encourage it. Many times have asked contractors to stay late and/or come in the weekends.
