I’ve been at Janea Systems for over 3 years and have had the opportunity to grow in my career, work on meaningful projects, and learn a lot along the way. The team is fantastic — very collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled. HR is genuinely invested in improving culture and benefits, which is noticeable over time. One of the standout perks is the unlimited vacation policy, which provides great flexibility and trust. Additionally, the company has great growth potential.
Cons
Like many growing companies, some processes could use more structure. At the moment, Janea is in that “in-between” stage — not a small startup anymore, but not a large corporation either — which means certain processes don’t always feel fully aligned yet.
