Pros
Smart, effective, and kind coworkers. Short on workplace politics, high on intellectual honesty, excellent culture. I had a great manager and plenty of opportunities for growth. Compared to competitors, AFAIK: --relatively open and collaborative internally --the only firm I know of without a noncompete, but turnover remains low
Cons
They have been trying pretty hard on D&I stuff, but it's still not where anyone wants it to be. Not sure how JS compares to the rest of the industry in this regard, though.
