Atypical recruitment culture - KPIs aren't forced onto you, no overbearing senior management, you are treated as an adult. You're also given the freedom, time and trust to develop. Most guys either were ex-lawyers or studied law so that helps with the credibility of the company externally but also internally there is a lot of know-how. Social aspect is also a big element - often have weekly drinks (mostly paid for me the company) and the summer and Xmas parties are great.

No major cons that spring to mind.

Enjoyable working culture. Hands off when you’re comfortable running projects and hands on when you need management support. A great recruitment company that has gone from strength to strength, with positive influence from the company CEO. Highly recommended.
