Pros

This company offers so much in the way of growth. Being there I learned an array of new skill that didn't only apply to the recording studio setting at the company. Ranging from coding, to marketing, web tool managing, to website maintenance and repair, there is so much that you can do within the studio. They were very flexible with my hours and helpful/understanding when it came to changes to my schedule. The senior management was always helpful and insightful, especially when it came to music or things about the studio. The other workers there are very dedicated and take the job in stride, though never to busy to take a moment and help you out if need be. The structure is very organized with every detail of scheduling and payments down packed.

Cons

On the days the studio would get busy it would be a large task to maintain everything that was going on all at once. Every once in a while you would get some "tough love" from the senior management but never anything that wasn't constructive.

Pros

I enjoyed the time working at JAMBOX, because of the warm, family type environment created by both workers and employers, which is evident in the way they get along with each other. I also liked the flexibility in working times, which made it possible for me as well as the other workers to attend personal affairs when needed. Effective and efficient communicating via notes, email, texting and phones are use to keep connected. This is a good practice. The workers are skilled and knowledgeable at their jobs. Management complements the them when they do a good job, and also bring to their attention their failures with the intention to bring about learning in the specific area. At the end of the internship program, interns leave with an overall understanding or experience, or both, in business activities.

Cons

The office space is small, thus there is a lot of clutter, which could be a turnoff to clients who may pay attention to this when they enter the lobby area. Working space is limited.
