Pros
Great experience working with flexible hours and schedules for students and working. Good for people who are living busy lives but still need a little money to support themselves.
Cons
There are some kinks in the management and it would be nice if the company had a meal plan or a better employee discount for those who are working longer hours. There is only one meal on the menu that is offered to employees (BYO 1 or 2) and it is still 5$ rather than free.
