Everyone in the office is very supportive and is always willing to help. In times of high workload, you will still always find someone to answer your questions and help out. On top of all this, the Jaffe & Co team will put you first and never ask you to take work home with you.

Due to the nature of the job, useful KPIs are hard to come up with, and it is sometimes difficult to receive feedback on your overall performance. To compensate for this, monthly meetings are arranged with your manager where you can discuss how the month has been.

Work-life balance is second to none, the boss is one of the most generous persons I know and his commitment to excellence guides the team by example. Salaries are higher than at competitors, and the team’s efficiency is unparalleled. Everybody is incredibly serious about their work, and fun and laid back during team outings.
