Pros

The group is a part of Jacobs Engineering, thus has some potential to be a game changer in the telecom industry. Good salary, and all the benefits a large company would offer. Comfortable work environments and flexible work hours

Cons

Way too many to list, starting from the top down. The NAI East division is the old Edwards & Kelcey group that Jacobs bought lock, stock and barrel in 07. This is what brought telecom to Jacobs, and all the horrible mis-management along with it. They should have stayed farming mushrooms and not brought that practice to an otherwise good company (Jacobs). Even before a project even smells like it is complete, they are planning your exit unless another project is available and coincides. They never talk about utilizing your talents and experience and they only recognize you once your nose is sufficiently brown. I would not recommend this company for anything or to anybody.

Pros

If you need equipment for your safety (ropes, harnesses, climbing gear, etc.) they will provide it for you. Really flexible about you taking time off so long as you give notice. You are provided with a company phone, some people are provided with a company laptop.

Cons

Management treats you like a number. Without any thought, they just laid off two employees right before the holidays, one had nine years in and another 5 years. Then, a week later, they hired two new employees, even though work has been on a decline. Pay is mediocre because of all the time you spend from not working due to lack of work. There are many promises made of "work to come", but you are left in the dark when you are sitting around and really need work. There is a HUGE lack of communication when it comes to getting updates, whether it be about the next day's schedule or logistics of a job. There is a huge "get it done" attitude, but there isn't proper training provided to employees. They simply tell you to figure it out once you get out into the field. Safety is preached here hardcore, but once you start working here you discover that safety is secondary. When it is crunch time and a project needs to get done, they will turn a blind eye to everything.
