Pros

income if you don't have any other options and need some money to take care of yourself

Cons

Extremely overbearing, tremendous amount of oversight, job is made very difficult by family members, unsafe, inhabitable work environment, unfriendly atmosphere (most people are mean or very strange and appear extremely unhappy, even some of the family members, whom appear miserable.)Low pay. Unprofessionalism, Not set standards, things are always changing. Absolute worst job and management ever. No collaboration or thoughtfulness. People are downright mean, inauthentic, & disrespectful. I turned down another position for this job and deeply regret it. Save yourself the trouble and do not be fooled. Co-workers also show up late and leave early!

Pros

Jackson and Tull Contract work is challenging. This type of work may not be for everyone. I came in knowing nothing about Gov't contract work. I wanted to learn, showed I wanted to learn, I was met with leadership support, team member guidance and opportunity. An excellent experience for me. I was met with friendly dispositions and outstanding team members. Great place to work.

Cons

Not a concern Jackson and Tull to address and not worth mentioning.
