Love working with the people I work with at Rosecrance Jackson. So many are mission minded, care deeply for clients and their work. For most part people work well together.

Nonprofit that is dependent on public funding streams so always the concern they could go again although Rosecrance has continued to add employees all thru the pandemic. As any larger company, sometimes things take longer than they would in smaller company.

So much to do, can be overwhelming.
