      Benefits are pretty good you can make a good. amount of money. Bonuses profit sharing and longevity bonuses are good.

      Cons

      Load pay isn't always that great and you have to work pretty hard most of the time to get your money. What stores pay is not consistent across the board.

      Some of the cleanest trucks (slip-seating) I've been in.

      Can be long hours, especially if you do everything by the book.
