Cons

If you don't like working in a call center or customer service roles, this isn't for you. I will say that you get out of it what you put into it.

Pros

Excellent company to grow and advance your career.

Cons

The 3rd party company that supports LOA is extremely difficult to work with regardless if you are extremely accountable and organized which can make LOA situations stressful.

Pros

Flexible scheduling, calm/chill environment, can wear headphones, managers are very easygoing, no dress code

Cons

No raises, constantly training in skills — so much to the point that you will not be proficient in any because you don’t spend any time doing them due to new trainings, strict minimum of 18 hours per week, management is not very good at communication
