Pros
Industry leader, great product. Good environment, most people are friendly. Great training program. Finally making product changes to stay competitive.
Cons
Would have been a great job 5-6 years ago. Sales are down. Advancement opportunities are down. Compensation is down. Typical office politics; Nepotism and favoritism run rampant. There are really a ton of hoops to jump through and games to play in order to advance. Did I mention comp sucks?
