      Everything else. No respect for personal time Constantly thinking you are on call No support from management Stealing of ideas and selling of their own Fake ‘family’ environment The company never faces up to the fact its their fault people leave

      Pros

      Coworkers are great to get along with and make the job go by much faster and easier. Management is understanding and well-accommodating.

      Cons

      Peak hours are brutal. During a "High Jackpot", you will not be able to sit down for more than 2 minutes at a time. Just be prepared.
