Travel for clients can be tough on individuals travelling as well as those who work with them as collaboration is essential and yet challenged as a result Disconnect between those selling / scoping and those delivering Imbalances of workload across teams - not that it can be shared but some teams have great advocates and leadership while others have brilliant minds who are happy to let their people burn out Continued cloud of stress from frequent layoffs / shuffles - never feel comfortable and as a result always open to other interesting opportunities
