Pros

None at all, I would not recommend working here.

Cons

Old fashioned No empathy when it comes to your personal life - I worked the whole year without any leave and when I wanted to take 2 days off it got rejected, where as favourite staff members who were there longer were allowed to take how many ever days off as they pleased Disgusting company culture which was built on BLAMING If you had an opinion that was different from upper management, you would get shut down Person in charge was extremely bias and was aware that there was a fear of him that existed in the factory, so he was not shy to make rude and unfair comments to your face Communication through emails was also very rude from upper management and would constantly look for people to blame.

Pros

So far, my experience working here has been wonderful. Coworkers are friendly, and the leadership has the workers interests at the front of their minds. Plus, you get jerky!

Cons

No cons as of now.

Pros

Great place to work with strong business growth, collaborative teams, and opportunities to work on modern technologies across data, analytics, AI, and enterprise platforms. The company encourages innovation and gives employees the ability to make a real impact on the business. Leadership is supportive, teams are approachable, and there is strong cross-functional collaboration between IT and business groups. It’s exciting to be part of an organization that is continuing to evolve its digital and analytics capabilities while maintaining a strong culture and values. Pros: • Collaborative and supportive culture • Opportunities to work on modern technologies and large-scale initiatives • Strong business visibility and impact

Cons

Like any growing organization, priorities can shift quickly, but it also creates opportunities to learn and adapt.
