Worse management I've ever seen in a company union or non union, no direct deposit, poor equipment the good solid dependable trucks are from 1994 with over a million miles, run over weight trucks are a honest 82000-90000 everyday they want you to work 7 days a week if not they will find a way to terminate you, company needs a union it was a union company with allied systems went non union when JCT bought them. Honestly look at a Non Union company over these clowns I've been a union carhauler for 10 years and my advice is look at Cassens first
