- Got to promote healthy habits during pandemic - Got to workout after seeing clients - Small studio (so not too much to clean/ prep/ organize/ etc.). - Good amount of workout equipment to utilize including boxing ring
Cons
- With any instructor-base class...you are going to have to work really early or really late since most people workout in mornings/ evenings. This isn't a flexible schedule if you have a family or other priorities - Feels kind of out dated...studio catered for women...however it would be nice to be inclusive and allow both men and women to join.
Class programming is provided, so it’s very easy to teach. Classes are stacked several in a row. Manager is supportive and communicative.
Cons
The per class pay rate is quite low for the industry, but stacked classes helps make up for it. However, setup before/ breakdown after classes can be rather time consuming.
