      Pros

      There is opportunity to grow and succeed. Work life balance was embraced, and when something personal came up, no questions asked...take care of you and your family!

      Cons

      There was little to no training, or ramp to your position. Countless requests of my manager to have weekly meetings to see how I was doing were ignored.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
